Tuition Rates effective for enrollment beginning Fall 2026.
We offer two, three, four, or five day schedules, depending on availability. School hours are 7:30-5:30 Monday through Friday. We operate year-round, with certain closures for holidays, professional development, and maintenance. See holiday schedule for all closure dates.
In order to create a stable income to pay teachers and bills year-round, we ask that families commit to staying for the length of the cohort (see contract for requirements around notice for termination of care). Tuition is not discounted for closures, vacations, or lack of attendance.
All rates include diapers and wipes, as well as freshly prepared, largely organic meals and snacks (including baby food for infants and organic infant formula upon request!).
Our teachers are absolutely foundational to our program. The staff at The Nest are highly qualified, professional caregivers who care deeply about this work. We strongly believe that they deserve a living wage in our expensive city, along with health benefits, paid holiday breaks, and paid sick leave. Eight people make their living here!
Day-to-day, we staff our classrooms much more robustly than a typical child care, to make sure that children receive exceptional care from teachers who are not stretched thin. Our 10-hour, well-staffed day provides flexibility for working parents, and also creates a hefty payroll. Our tuition reflects all of this!
